maybe most of you didn't know that i'm currently doing part time, minor jobs to earn extra ka ching and one of it is to be 'gadis ice blended' bak kata hampas.
and i just came back from my shift. Alhamdulillah today, i manage to control my nerve, cool down whenever there are too many customers.*i tend to be clumsy when there are too many orders*
and so, while i was waiting for my shift to be over, waiting for the next person to come, came this one guy, trying to have a conversation. you know the drill-don't open up unless you're in a really good conversation. which is excatly what i had.
this guy apparently was a former Canselorian. he shared some of his experience and my oh my, he is like god's messanger or something because he spoke of things that i, and some of my friends are in dilemma now.
one of his many advices, he said;
the most important thing when you live in This college, gain as much experience as you can because in the end, you are the one who gain benefit out of it.make full use out of the 4 years you'll be spending here.
so true. i'm living in this college not even close to a year but, no doubt, i've gain a lot!
he also said;
when you were give a task,remember to be sincere in what you're doing, ask around from seniors and don't forget to alwayd be humble.
it is never wrong for us to do mistakes because we ARE learning and that those mistakes makes you mature even more through the whole experience.
which reflects back to what have we had done in college and yes,all so true.
he reminds me of..
try any other field as well, and not to stuck in only one area.
try to involve in MCing,*check*debating*check*, cultural events*almost check*, entrepreneurship*currently check*, and recreation*next to be check*,event management*alhamdulillah check*.
not to be afraid of what will be given to you since that is the challenge and the chance for you to learn.
in the end, you'll be exploring the work field with no worries since you are exposed to so many options and sea of experiences.
this part i felt so kena straight to my face.haih
he stresses that
all of those programmes on college shall benefit you in the end of the days and the main key is to stay in college.*tau tau je memang dah plan nak duk kat luar esok.so kena to my face lagi*
all and all, his last words are.
ape ape pun, belajar itu lagi penting.kalau tak dapat bagi komitmen, bagi sebab yang munasabah dan tolong selagi mampu walaupun tak mampu bagi komitmen,tapi setidaknya kita membantu.
and he suggest that i try Pengacaraan.
*toiiinngg..*
oh..i forgot to mention.he is also one of the recipient for so-called Anugerah Anak Jati Canselor 1997/98. go and check up in PKP, his name is on the trophy.
and his children, apparently named close to mine-Din, Dinie,Dina. and no-his dinie is a boy.*sigh*
oopsie: lebih bersemangat.ecece
